At exactly 3:45pm, I noticed the traffic on Admiralty way in Lekki was a stand still which caused me to be curious, walking down to fetch the source of the traffic, I was shocked to see two women who did nothing but exchange words and vocabulary while one of them stood on the other lane causing a stand still...
