Ailing Nigerian President Muhamadu Buhari met with some All Progressives Congress party governors and leaders yesterday in London in an elaborately designed setting to portray Buhari as in improved health condition. However, no video of Mr. Buhari was provided, only a still photo from Presidental photographers.
