I had settled for a drink at a near by bar when i noticed a Woman yelling at a younger girl in a car which seemed like she drove the girl down there;
''Get down from the car before i strip you naked''. I didn't know what they may have had or what may have been the reason for the threat.
As i stood up away from my glass of wine heading towards the car where they both were, a tap on my back paused my step. I turned to catch the face of who it was. It was the security at the spot where i had just left my drink. Nicely but sarcastically he said ''Mama, no even go there o''. Am shocked that he would say that, considering he was a security personel, even when he saw and heard the younger girl speaking in distress, i pondered.
He could tell i wasn't going to listen to him without tangible reason, so he narrated the story to me.
''Madam, oya hear this one o!'' He said. '' you don ever hear when mama do dey carry ein pickin come club every night, carry give Man, come sit down dey watch the man dey finger am for inside club o! and this club so, na strip club o!'' He exclaimed.
Too amazed to believe his story, i turned facing the stand by my right hand side, was an Asun (goat mean sauce) Stand. ''Oga is this true?'' I asked. The Asun man after a deep breath responded. ''Madam na so me self hear am o!, for one year and three months when i don dey here na so e dey happen''. He stressed.
''When we ask the small girl nau, she talk say na her Mama, so na watin we go do nau?'' He added, as he waved open his hands in questioning.
